First Bible Lesson: John 12:24:

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit."

Second Bible Lesson: John 16:7:

"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you."

Golden Text: John 14:28:

"Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I."

Brethren, the above texts are revealing the wisdom of God: the accurate knowledge of truth. Through this gospel, the heavenly wisdom is revealed using the earthly illustrations.

The death of our Lord Jesus Christ neither brought sorrow nor joy. But it brought salvation to the entire world as is written. Going through the book of Ecclesiastes, you will discover that there is no new thing in this world. (Eccles 1:9). What actually happens is that life is a revolving wheel and what you may term new is only a repetition of what had existed. It could be new to you since you were not present at the time it reigned. The existence and rejection of the Holy Spirit is, obviously, not a new thing. Casting your mind back to the days of old, you will recall that all the prophets, and even Our Lord Jesus Christ, were rebelled against. You have also read that each time these representatives (of God) departed the world, they were being sought for, by the same people that rejected them. They reject God because they lack the wisdom of God. God does not reveal Himself to the "wise" people of this world but to babes and those who are ignorant of His being; as written in 1 Corinthians 1:19-21, "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. Where is the wise? Where is the Scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God..."

Since the world do not know God, they could not understand the teachings and/or the injunctions from God. In the first lesson, what the scriptures refers to as the grain of seed connotes a human being. Our Lord Jesus was trying to explain to His disciples the importance of His death - if He did not 'die' (go away), the promised Comforter could not be sent; as stated in the second lesson. His death, therefore, gave rise to the emergence of the Father who is greater than Him (Jesus Christ) as recorded in the golden text. This was the only source of our salvation.

A grain of seed must die before it is multiplied. When Adam felt lonely and demanded for a partner from God, he (Adam) was made to 'die' for three days and nights before a partner could be given to him. If he did not 'die' the "spiritual germination" bringing forth Eve could not have occurred. In other words, through the sleeping death of Adam, his spirit was multiplied to become a quickening spirit that gives life. In fact, through this method of dying, human beings, plants and other creatures have multiplied in the world. Consequently, the great population of human beings today, is due to the multiplied spirit of the dead.

There are several spirits existing in this world; that of human beings, plants, fishes etc. Apart from death, when one sleeps, the spirit goes to places; far and near, communicating with other existing spirits. It should be known that you are a shelter to thousands of spirits, and these spirits are within the house, which is in you. They cannot leave the house unless you who harbour them die, indicating that the house had fallen and all the inhabitants, therefore, will have to scatter abroad.

A human being could be rightly likened to a grain of seed. In as much as there is no crime in planting a yam seedling for it to be multiplied, there is no crime also, in a human being dying for the multiplication of his spirit, giving rise to another human being. The spirits of those old prophets like John, James, Peter, etc. are here carried about by other reincarnated people. It is erroneous to assume that when an evil man dies, the community or family is free because his spirit will be released into that same family.

It is the Holy Spirit that has love, mercy, truthfulness, meekness and all righteousness. All other spirits are directly under its control.

If Jesus Christ had not died, He would not have resurrected; and without His restoration the Holy Spirit could not have manifested. It is through the manifestation of the Holy Spirit that the glory of God is revealed to mankind. It was through the Holy Spirit that the Apostles of Our Lord Jesus Christ performed all that they did.

First Bible Lesson: John 12:24

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth, forth much fruit."

The above lesson explains why righteousness exists amongst the children of God. When a child of God dies, that spirit of righteousness that existed in him will certainly reincarnate into the world, and continues in the same work it had been doing. The text has also revealed that it is through the death of Jesus Christ that the spirits were released in a great number into the world. It is this Spirit (Christ's) that is consuming other evil spirits paving way for the children of God. If the Spirit Of Christ, the Holy Spirit of God, is not in you, you cannot have patience, faith, peace, love, or abhor sinfulness. However, once the Holy Spirit dwells in you, there is that tendency for you to do good.

God knew that Abel was very charitable, and devoted to the services of God. When God knew this, He instigated his brother, Cain, to kill him; so that his (Abel) spirit may be multiplied and established in the children of God. Hence, people are serving God now with zeal and sincerity. Do not be doubtful over the death of younger persons now on earth. This is because God wants to multiply their spirits and establish the Kingdom of God. By this more righteous people would be produced by God to out-number the evil ones. Our Lord Jesus Christ, for instance, existed for only 33 years. He could have well lived for more years, being the Son of God, but God needed to multiply the Christ's Spirit in Him so that the world may be in peace. Today, Christ's Spirit is witnessed throughout the world.

Through the killing of Peter and other children of God, their spirits got multiplied and filled the world; and as such, their works are multiplied by the Spirit. With the multiplication of Christ's Spirit, which, in time, gave rise to the Holy Spirit, the whole world has been united in love. The blacks and the whites have learnt to live together in peace. Equality has now spread throughout the entire world.

Second Bible Lesson: John 16:7:

"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I got not away, the comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you."

And understand this. It is only the King who knows the secret of His Kingdom. If Our Lord Jesus Christ did not depart unto the Father, the Comforter could not have been sent. Now the questions are: Who is the Christ? Who is the Comforter? And who is the Holy Spirit? They are the same! They, through reincarnation, exist as the same being, though with different names. Christ is the Comforter, and He also is the Holy Spirit who is the Father. In the era of Our Lord Jesus Christ it was neither Peter, Paul nor John that preached the gospel but Christ. Today, He is the one doing all the works in this advent of the Holy Spirit. He never ascended to the sky as professed. He informed the apostles that He was going to the Father. Where is the Father. He dwell's always with mankind.

In time past, the name of God had not been mentioned at will. This was because the Holy Spirit that was said to lead man to the accurate knowledge of truth (John 16:12-15), did not manifest. Today, with the manifestation of the Holy Spirit (the Father), everything is directly controlled by Him. Although most churches and individuals do not believe in the existence of the Trinity, the truth remains that the Father, Son and Holy Ghost are one indivisible entity. Our Lord Jesus Christ said; "I and the Father are One" (John 10:30). So, the Holy Trinity had transformed itself into a human form to carry out His designed duties on earth. However, at times, He has to assume His spiritual body so as to perfect the spiritual aspects of His duties.

The Holy Spirit is everything. It is love, hope, peace, faith etc. Without these attributes, the Holy Spirit cannot dwell in you. In Matthew 17:19-21, when the disciples of Our Lord Jesus Christ asked Him why they could not cast out devils from people: He answered them and said; "Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say, unto this mountain, move hence to yonder place; and it shall move: and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting." If you fast and pray without the attributes of the Holy Spirit, then your fasting and prayers are in vain. But if you do that with all the attributes of the Holy Spirit, you shall perform miracles.

The Father had finished His work as well as the Son. Now is the time for the reign of the Holy Spirit. The most high and Holy Trinity had taken dominion and will reign forever and ever.

Golden Text: John 14:28:

"Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: For my Father is greater than I."

A local adage says that "when the war is too fierce, the king must go to the war front." Our Lord Jesus Christ told His disciples that He was going to His Father who is greater than Him. There was that need for Him to return to the Father so that they may become one. As they are now one, efforts will be combined to ease or speed up any work. The need for Our Lord Jesus Christ to depart unto His Father has been emphasized in John 14:23 "If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him."

It should be noted that not only Our Lord Jesus Christ will make His abode in us but He, along with His Father. This is a message of great joy as He stated; "...If ye love me, ye would rejoice..."

Formerly, some orthodox churches operated without the Holy Spirit. They neither knew anything about the Holy Spirit nor wanted to hear about it. However, they are looking for the Holy Spirit, and are enjoying the operations of the Holy Spirit. This is because, the Holy Spirit has made itself known in every sphere of life. In fact, with the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, everything has taken new dimension. People, for instance, are changed from bad to good. All that happens in the world today is as a result of the presence of the Holy Spirit. All calamities, bankruptcy in countries and spiritual unrest in the world are caused by the Holy Spirit. They are meant to happen so that the salvation of the world may be boasted.

If the prodigal son did not run short of everything, (money, food, clothing and joy), he would not have gone back to his father. The Soviet Union, for instance, started searching for God when something horrible that was beyond their comprehension happened to them. In a nutshell, all the happenings of this world are as a result of the manifestation of the Holy Trinity, the Supreme Father.

May God bless His Holy Words. A-men
